About the Building

Our building “George Building in Hurghada” has been built by Eng. George El Badramany since 1999 in “48 El Madaress Street at Sakkala district in Hurghada”. It is constituted of 5 floors, 12 apartments and a showroom at the ground floor and located in a clean area.

Nowadays, our Street “El Madaress Street” has become a vital street in Hurghada since it is parallel to the primary street in Hurghada “Hotels Street or named Sheraton Street” where you can find all shopping stores, bazaars and hotels; besides our street is filled of shops: close to the building by 50 meter there are pharmacies, supermarkets, telecom center, internet services shops, fruits shops, grocer’s hop, laundries and others.

Sakkala district is the new city center of Hurghada and it is a kind of the place where Hurghada comes alive, and it is clearly the most elegant place around here. Sakkala downtown includes a large collection of hotels, restaurants and tourist shops. The beaches of Sakkala are largely sealed off by public sandy beaches and hotels beaches and getting in is usually possible for a fee.
